يتولى مديرو مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية الإشراف على عمليات مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية، مثل المستشفيات ومرافق إعادة التأهيل وخدمات الرعاية المنزلية ومؤسسات رعاية كبار السن لضمان تلبية المؤسسة للمتطلبات، وضمان أنه تتم رعاية المرضى والمقيمين والحفاظ على المؤسسة وتوفّر المعدات اللازمة. كما يشرفون على الموظفين ويتأكدون من الحفاظ على السجلات.
