Description
يُقيّم أخصائيو التغذية متطلبات غذائية محددة للسكان أو الأفراد طوال حياتهم وينقلون ذلك من خلال النصائح التي تحافظ على صحة الأشخاص أو تحد من المخاطر عليها أو تستعيد صحة الأشخاص. وباستخدام الأساليب القائمة على الأدلة، يعمل أخصائيو التغذية على تمكين الأفراد والعائلات والمجموعات من تقديم أو اختيار الطعام الذي يتسم بالكفاءة والأمان والمذاق اللذيذ والاستدامة. وإلى جانب الرعاية الصحية، يُحسن أخصائيو التغذية البيئة الغذائية للجميع من خلال الحكومات والصناعة والأوساط الأكاديمية والأبحاث.
