More than 100 companies which work in the field of recruiting and consulting, HR software and hardware as well as professional training and learning institutions visited the stand of the Commission to learn about the EU policies and instruments fostering the digitalization of the EU labour market, such as ESCO, EUROPASS, EURES, the Digital Competence Framework for citizens (DigComp) and the Entrepreneurship Framework.The representatives of the Commission received information about the latest trends in the field of HR management via specialized conferences and discussed how ESCO and the related EU instruments can provide solutions to the challenges that companies and training institutions are currently facing.
