Description

Kontrollere råvarers kvalitet ved at vurdere deres smag, lugt, farve eller andre egenskaber, afhængigt af produktet.

Scope note

Example of milk: check the quality of raw milk by assessing its taste and smell. A deeper evaluation may imply performance of test such as acidity, pH, alcohol and clot-on-boiling.
